Couldn't Get Through After Hours of Calling

I've been a patient at this medical practice since 2004, and for many years, I was thoroughly satisfied with everything - from the doctors to the support staff. However, my satisfaction has steadily declined over the past five to six years. Today perfectly illustrates my frustration: I've been attempting to schedule an appointment since 8:30 this morning, but by 4 pm, I've given up entirely because no one bothered to answer the phone. I simply cannot waste an entire day trying to secure a medical consultation when I have more pressing matters to attend to. Furthermore, the continuity of care has become problematic. I used to know my assigned physician, but after they left, I was transferred to another doctor. Now that this doctor has also departed, I'm completely in the dark about who my current registered physician is. When I occasionally manage to secure a phone consultation, I'm left playing a guessing game about which doctor I'll be speaking with. The staff seem disinterested and give the distinct impression that they're just working through a list of calls without any genuine concern for patient care.
