Couldn't get through after ten calls

I called repeatedly to schedule an appointment, but no one answered my calls, even after 10 attempts. They promised to refer me to another private clinic, yet three months have passed with absolutely no action. When I questioned the receptionist about the delay, she claimed to have forgotten the referral. The service is utterly disgraceful and my experience has been completely unacceptable. This is a terrible reflection on the UK healthcare system, and it's deeply disappointing how far standards have fallen!
