Couldn't get through on the phone for months

Experiencing concerning symptoms, I felt dismissed when advised to remain calm. I have been extremely frustrated with the difficulty in reaching the practice by telephone, as lines have been consistently busy for an extended period. The repeated unsuccessful attempts to get through have worn me down, and I have largely stopped trying to contact them. I feel I am receiving no support whatsoever, and at this point I have lost confidence in the service.
