Couldn't get through on the phone line

Attempting to book an appointment by phone results in a constantly engaged line. When contact is finally made, the receptionist inquires about the nature of the visit before informing that no slots are available. This is frustrating. I called early in the morning but was unable to secure an appointment despite speaking with reception staff. The booking process feels ineffective.
