The practice does not respond to inquiries, and when visiting in person, staff direct patients to book an appointment or apply online, though the online application process is unclear. I have been experiencing discomfort for an extended period and require assistance with a personal matter, but calls go unanswered. If rating the service on a scale of one to five, I would rate it below the lowest point.
