Counter staff ignored me until I rang bell

Called ahead to confirm that my parents' medication was prepared and received confirmation that it was. Upon arrival at the counter, I was not acknowledged despite being visible to staff until I pressed the bell. When I was finally attended to, neither prescription was actually ready, and part of the order was not in stock. I then had to wait approximately 15 minutes before the prescriptions were eventually provided. Due to this experience, I have since arranged for my prescriptions to be dispensed elsewhere and am recommending that my parents consider doing the same.
