I am truly amazed by Mr Craig Pickup's exceptional professionalism, warm demeanor, and seamless communication during my annual medication review. This is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review for any GP practice, and it's solely due to the remarkable way Mr Pickup cares for patients, which stands in stark contrast to the typical NHS experience I've encountered over the years. He meticulously examined my case, offering invaluable advice and proactively suggesting additional support and testing—services that patients usually have to persistently request and chase themselves, as medical staff rarely show such genuine engagement. Since transferring to Pike View a couple of years ago, I've observed significant improvements across multiple aspects compared to my previous GP practice. I confidently consider Pike View one of the top medical practices in the area. The staff consistently demonstrate politeness, with receptionists being particularly helpful and attentive. Most of the doctors are highly knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to thoroughly address patient queries without rushing to end consultations prematurely.
