deeply frustrated by the unprofessional conduct at this medical facility, with only the receptionist sporting curly hair showing any semblance of respect towards patients. my initial health concern remains unresolved, and no prescription medication has been provided, forcing me to rely on pharmacy purchases. the financial burden is significant, and as a 68-year-old, i feel like an inconvenience to this healthcare practice.
