UPDATE 25.11.2024 I am utterly frustrated with the substandard care provided by GP Orchard clinic (Once again!!!) I reached out regarding a critical and urgent health concern that demanded immediate intervention. Despite the gravity of my situation, I was informed no appointments were available, with the earliest slot being four days away at a different location. This response is completely unacceptable for a potentially life-threatening condition. This isn't an isolated incident of poor service from this clinic. Previously, I was a patient undergoing investigation for suspected cancer. Although ultimately cleared, my symptoms have now returned with alarming intensity, yet the clinic continues to demonstrate a shocking disregard for urgent cases. I intend to file a formal complaint with medical regulatory bodies concerning their inadequate care and mismanagement. Patients experiencing serious symptoms should never be treated so dismissively. This isn't about a trivial ailment—I sought help because I urgently needed medical attention. The customer service from the reception staff is abysmal, demonstrating complete indifference towards patients. I've been attempting to secure an appointment for two consecutive days, consistently being told to try again later. A staff member contacted me two days ago urging urgent communication with a doctor, yet this morning's receptionist claims no record of urgency exists, declares appointments exhausted, and instructs me to return tomorrow. She appears oblivious to my pain, rigidly adhering to protocol while I simply needed a brief telephone consultation about test results before hospital admission for my abdominal pain. Thank you, reception staff, for your remarkable lack of compassion! I sincerely hope you experience equivalent treatment in your moment of need. I will be transferring to an alternative medical practice at the earliest opportunity.
