Dangerous delays threaten patient's critical heart care

Friday 3rd Jan Update: they've done it again. Pointless advising people to contact the practice for resolution. You've repeated the same mistake, Warwick hospital physician made a cardiology referral due to heart concerns, missed appointment months ago while hospitalized, you've consistently refused for two weeks to forward the referral made by one of your own doctors, 111 redirected me back to you, new GP practice sent me back to you, you've instructed me to wait another entire weekend, bringing this to 3 weeks of referral refusal, my cardiac health remains unexplored since initial abnormalities were first identified by the A&E doctor. Please process the referral today, I'm extremely anxious about my health, your administrative inefficiencies shouldn't be jeopardizing my cardiac well-being. 111 declared emergency, instructed my GP to examine me within an hour, reception called back impersonating a doctor, collected all my confidential information about the medical issue, and she arbitrarily determined it wasn't an emergency, contradicting 111's assessment!?!?!?! Absurd. I'm departing this practice, receptionist demanded I call back next week after being instructed to arrange a doctor's consultation within an hour!!?!?!?
