Dangerous doctor puts my diabetic son at risk

I would give zero stars if possible! My doctor recommended a cream for my son that could have been dangerous due to his type 1 diabetes. Thankfully, the pharmacist refused to sell it, explaining the potential serious health risks to my 5-year-old. When I contacted the medical practice to discuss this, the doctor called the pharmacist a liar and suggested I buy the cream from Tesco or Boots! After I challenged him, he actually checked Google and then admitted, 'oh, it does warn against use for diabetics.' Not a single apology or show of concern for a child with health challenges. As a result, I've transferred my entire family's care away from this practice. I filed a complaint weeks ago and received a response stating I should allow 40 working days to process it - absolutely unacceptable! The doctor demonstrates zero understanding of diabetes and shows no compassion or professional care for his patients, which is utterly disgraceful!
