Dr Irvine and Dr Grimes demonstrate severe professional misconduct and a complete lack of compassion for patients struggling with mental health challenges. They appear deliberately provocative towards vulnerable patients in distress and systematically avoid providing appropriate medical support while documenting misleading information to protect themselves. Dr Grimes specifically denied me a medication prescription I was legally entitled to receive and subsequently removed me from their patient list after displaying condescending behavior that exacerbated my mental health crisis. Another healthcare professional ultimately approved the prescription she initially refused, yet no communication was made to inform me of this resolution. As a result, I now face a potential medication gap during the holiday period, and my toddler and I are without a primary care physician due to Dr Grimes' professional negligence. These two problematic practitioners have fundamentally undermined the reputation of the entire medical practice. In stark contrast, Dr Mgcoth and Dr Speed were my exclusively trusted healthcare providers, and recent interactions with Dr Roseberry and Dr Salvajah demonstrated genuine understanding, empathy, and professional responsibility. I am bewildered by how two physicians can operate with such dramatically different ethical standards, ultimately causing the disintegration of my previously trusted medical practice.
