Dangerous medical negligence puts patient at risk

Absolutely abysmal communication and indifference during a critical medical emergency involving my mother's respiratory distress. Called at 8:30 AM, instructed to collect prescription by 1 PM. Their office was shut from 1-2 PM, and when I returned at 2 PM, I was informed the prescription wouldn't be ready until 4 PM. My mother continues to struggle breathing, simply awaiting a routine prescription authorization. The staff demonstrated zero sense of urgency or concern. I am proceeding to file a comprehensive formal complaint about this unacceptable handling of a serious medical situation.
