Dangerous medical negligence puts patient at serious risk

The medical practice is pushing patients towards online prescription management, which failed me when I urgently needed medication. The receptionist was incredibly dismissive, attempting to redirect me to 111 instead of simply asking a doctor to help. It would literally take moments to cancel and reissue a prescription. As someone on a controlled medication that prevents me from becoming psychologically unstable, I was desperate and increasingly frustrated. When I explained my critical situation, their response was to threaten ending the call because I was visibly distressed. Ironically, they seemed oblivious to the dangerous situation of potentially withholding antipsychotic medication from someone who needs it to remain stable. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint, though I have little faith anything will change given the apparent indifference to mental health concerns among the surgery staff.
