Dangerous nhs care left me waiting and untreated

If directed here by 111, seek alternative care. Another prime example of the local NHS's remarkable inability to provide a competent service. I was referred by 111 staff to prevent an ambulance dispatch for potential sepsis. I drove myself in, ultimately seen by a young female doctor who appeared preoccupied and disinterested. I received no examination, as the doctor claimed an allergy to the surgery's provided gloves and outright refused to inspect my wound. She proceeded to prescribe antibiotics without any visual assessment or questioning, additionally neglecting to stamp the prescription. (A prescription slip was handed to her by a nurse who randomly entered during the consultation.) She failed to validate the prescription with her professional details and erroneously wrote my work address, subsequently crossing it out and scrawling across the prescription's white section. This rendered the document invalid for multiple reasons. I've retained the prescription slip to file a complaint with CQC, highlighting absolute incompetence and potentially dangerous medical practices within our local trust. I was ultimately compelled to attend A and E, enduring the standard 9-hour wait. It's evidently the sole method of obtaining meaningful medical assistance under our current healthcare system.
