STEER CLEAR OF THIS MEDICAL PRACTICE - LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVES If you rely on prescription medication, avoid this clinic at all costs. I've been a patient here for over a year, requiring critical mental health prescriptions, and this GP fails to order my medications more than 50% of the time. Their negligence has directly led to me being hospitalized because I was left without essential medication. You can expect to wait at least one hour for any appointment. Even when you make clear, polite requests, the GPs consistently ignore them. I specifically asked them to arrange a walk-in X-ray appointment, and they completely disregarded my request. Communication is practically non-existent. Most of the time, you won't receive notifications about important documents. I discovered a fit note had been created three weeks after the fact, as they have no patient notification system in place. This is an embarrassingly incompetent practice - seek medical care elsewhere. I was ultimately forced to change GPs due to their fundamental inability to perform basic medical services.
