A complete disaster of a medical practice. If possible, I'd rate it even lower than zero stars. I'm speaking from my girlfriend's perspective, highlighting her ongoing, repeatedly dismissed health concerns. Their approach to patient care is fundamentally broken, with an astoundingly poor system for determining appointment urgency. Without diving too deep, my girlfriend has battled a potentially critical medical issue for years, unable to secure a single in-person consultation due to incompetent, dismissive reception staff - including failed 111 call attempts. The doctor's response? Mindlessly prescribing excessive medication as a lazy substitute for genuine medical investigation, without conducting essential scans or providing proper clinical assessment. A simple GP consultation seems impossibly out of reach. These aren't isolated complaints - the overwhelming number of negative reviews tells the real story. Patients are essentially forced to repeatedly beg for basic medical attention, revealing a profound lack of compassion and professional responsibility. The fact that such systemic failures continue without apparent improvement is shocking. My strongest advice: stay far away from this healthcare facility.
