Dangerous surgery with one redeeming doctor

Completely worthless, and potentially life-threatening. For two decades, I've watched this medical practice deteriorate progressively. The front desk staff are hostile, dismissive, and appear to actively despise their professional responsibilities. Repeatedly, I've endured 10+ minute phone waits only to be abruptly disconnected. During one incident, a receptionist provided phone advice that would have resulted in paracetamol overdose had I followed her instructions. She refused to connect me with a supervisor or acknowledge the severity of her error. When I attempted to report this dangerous situation, I was assured an investigation would occur. However, no feedback was ever provided, and the same staff member remained employed just days later. The physicians demonstrate shocking indifference to patient welfare, prioritizing rapid patient throughput over quality care. Despite consistent 2-hour delays during my decades of visits, they rush consultations. When I vocalized pain during an examination, one doctor callously declared "it doesn't hurt" and others systematically overlooked clear physical and psychological health indicators, leaving me suffering untreated for years. Dr. Olivia Andan stands as the sole compassionate professional in this otherwise incompetent practice. Her kindness, attentiveness, and collaborative approach helped manage chronic conditions her colleagues had repeatedly missed. She was my sole reason for maintaining this practice, and now that I've relocated, she represents the only aspect I'll genuinely miss. Avoid this surgery at all costs, but if you must visit, ensure you see Dr. Andan.
