Daughter's pain left unaddressed for two years

I'm deeply frustrated after enduring a nine-month wait for my daughter's physiotherapy referral, only to discover that the medical practice completely mishandled the consultant's request and, worse, failed to communicate with me as her parent. My daughter has been suffering constant pain, relying on daily painkillers, and now I've learned I must restart the entire process from scratch! We've now spent two full years trying to address her initial symptoms since first contacting the surgery. I want to confirm that I was registered with your practice until today - and as of now, I am no longer a patient. I'm convinced that lodging a complaint with the practice manager won't resolve the fundamental failure to provide appropriate care for my daughter over the past nine months. However, I believe sharing this review serves the public interest by highlighting these systemic issues, and hopefully will prompt your management to implement preventative measures to stop similar negligence happening to other patients in the future.
