Deaf Patient Frustrated by Inaccessible Medical Communication

Tried to schedule a doctor's appointment today and was told no physicians were accessible. When I explained I'm deaf and can only communicate via text, not phone calls, they dismissed me completely. Absolutely no accommodation or alternative options offered. It feels like they're totally ignoring the needs of people with disabilities. So frustrating and disheartening xxx
