Decline in care since dr newgrosh's retirement

I have been a patient at this medical practice for three decades, consistently experiencing top-tier service until recently. Following Dr Newgrosh's retirement, there has been a marked decline in care, communication, and professional standards. I absolutely do not attribute this to the dedicated staff on the ground - the receptionists, cleaning personnel, and nursing team are clearly stretched thin and undervalued across the entire area. The local pharmacies continue to deliver excellent service, and I acknowledge that some GPs remain committed to their professional responsibilities. Nevertheless, I firmly believe a significant systemic issue exists that requires urgent accountability. As a full-time professional, I am forced to schedule my potential illnesses in advance. There is no walk-in option, and when appointments are obtainable (requiring workplace documentation), they are conducted with such brevity and curtness that it feels like my medical concerns are an inconvenience to the physician. While I am not a frequent patient who habitually occupies waiting room seats, when I do seek medical attention, I expect thorough and attentive treatment. Regrettably, this standard is consistently unmet. Dr Newgrosh was an outstanding practitioner, and I sincerely wish his successors demonstrated comparable dedication to their medical calling.
