Declining Family Practice: From Lovely to Disinterested
At the age of 51, I’ve observed that many of my relatives have remained loyal to this practice. Initially, we were welcomed by Dr. Rosen and Dr. McDermid, both of whom were wonderful. Later on, Dr. Musil and Dr. Queenan became part of the team; however, something seems to have changed drastically since then. The service has declined significantly, and it feels like the reception staff lack interest in assisting us now. I long for the days when our friendly receptionist encouraged us to visit our local GP without hesitation—those times feel like a distant memory now.
