Declining service and missed health warnings

I've experienced a significant decline in the quality of service at this medical facility. During my HGV medical examination, which I had there since it was my regular doctor's office, they informed me about my high blood pressure. However, they failed to mention that I was on the verge of developing diabetes, and now I'm dealing with type 2 diabetes. Scheduling appointments became a real challenge, often requiring a month-long wait. The receptionist had a habit of shifting blame onto others when mistakes were made. Considering these issues, I'm relieved to have moved on from this practice.
