Declining service and unhelpful staff frustrate patient

This medical practice has deteriorated significantly from its former excellence. Their insistence on an online portal, which may eventually address patient needs, completely undermines the importance of immediate, attentive care. The reception staff are particularly problematic, with only one employee demonstrating professional phone etiquette, while the others seem content to dismiss patients and abruptly terminate calls. Over the past eight months, it has become painfully clear that the practice is comfortable employing receptionists who lack genuine commitment to patient service. This unprofessional approach is further compounded by the fact that approximately half of their current physicians share the same indifferent attitude. The practice's golden era for me was between 2009 and 2017. Dr. Farooq and a handful of other staff members are literally the sole reason I continue to remain with this GP practice.
