Declining service quality at Dr. Nelms' practice

The quality of care at this practice has significantly declined since Dr. Nelms' departure. Reaching a receptionist now feels like an endless ordeal, with my father incurring a £20 charge from our phone provider due to the excessive hold time on their landline. While some physicians remain compassionate and thorough in their approach, others seem quick to dismiss concerns. I recently submitted an e-consult regarding a facial rash and severe skin dryness, only to be redirected to a pharmacy that couldn't assist due to the location of the issue. This frustrating back-and-forth could have been easily resolved with a simple doctor's appointment. The staff's demeanor varies greatly, with only a select few exhibiting genuine helpfulness. Notable exceptions include a young blonde employee with a semicolon tattoo who works across all Adam Practice locations, and Dr. Scott, who has been particularly attentive. Another concerning issue is the delay in processing test results. It's been over a week, and I've received no follow-up communication. I only discovered my results by chance while checking Airmid. As an individual with autism, I find it particularly distressing that the self-check-in system is non-functional, forcing me into unwanted social interactions that contribute to burnout. This lack of consideration for neurodivergent patients is disappointing and adds unnecessary stress to medical visits.
