Declining Service Quality at Medical Practice Frustrates Patient

A few years back, when I initially signed up, my experience was quite positive. However, over the past couple of months, I have encountered the most frustrating medical practice imaginable. I tried to remain optimistic on several occasions, but it has become increasingly evident that they show little regard for their patients' needs. A few weeks ago, I had an in-person appointment scheduled for 9 a.m., yet by 9:30 a.m., I was still left waiting. When I inquired at the reception about how much longer it would take to be seen, they informed me that the clinician was delayed and pointed out a woman chatting and laughing with staff members while patients like myself were left unattended. Ultimately, due to this lack of care and attention from the clinic staff who seemed oblivious to our wait times, I resorted to consulting a private GP who could provide assistance since my assigned clinician appeared entirely uninformed about my condition. More recently, during a phone consultation regarding whether it's safe for me to use Nizoral while pregnant—particularly during flare-ups—the doctor interrupted me constantly without allowing me any input. He insisted that Nizoral is not appropriate for my situation despite having received this diagnosis and recommendation from an exceptionally qualified dermatologist whom I'd consulted privately after numerous unsuccessful attempts with NHS doctors. The doctor's advice further included directing me back to speak with another dermatologist again; thus implying I'd need once more to incur additional private expenses just as before. This practice is unworthy of your time or trust—especially if you find yourself facing serious health concerns. As such circumstances continue unfolding negatively here at this establishment, I'm actively seeking out alternative medical options without delay.
