After nearly two decades with this medical practice, I can attest to their incredible team's ongoing efforts to maintain quality care despite challenging financial constraints. Staff turnover has accelerated recently, and new personnel are still fine-tuning their initial patient assessment skills, though issues are typically addressed quickly after initial missteps. While inexperienced receptionists and part-time physicians create some operational gaps, the presence of long-standing staff members gives me confidence in staying put. Among the physicians, only one exhibits a less-than-pleasant demeanor; the rest are genuinely committed to effective patient communication. The seamless integration of their medical staff, nurse practitioners, and adjacent pharmacy creates an impressively coordinated healthcare ecosystem that I find hard to leave.
