Delayed care for breathing problems

How can this medical practice even be operational? My partner called on Tuesday, explaining her breathing difficulties, and was told a doctor would return her call on Friday. While awaiting this callback, she attempted to use a borrowed blue inhaler from a friend, which provided temporary relief. However, this does not constitute an asthma diagnosis without professional medical confirmation. A doctor named Mr Ahmed rang today (Friday 30th September 2022) and inquired about her symptoms. She detailed her week-long breathing struggles and her need for medical examination. She explained using her friend's inhaler for partial relief, despite having no family history of respiratory issues. His advice was simply to continue using the borrowed inhaler. A blue asthma inhaler cannot be purchased over the counter and requires a GP prescription following a comprehensive medical assessment to determine the appropriate type - blue, brown, or pink. All our communications have been recorded due to previous issues with this specific surgery and its medical staff. Their response appears final and unresolved, compelling me to contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman regarding this complaint. After reviewing their existing reviews and ongoing problems, it's clear this practice is fundamentally unsuitable for providing critical healthcare services to the community.
