Delayed doctor call causes patient frustration

I attempted to schedule a referral to the hospital at 8 AM due to experiencing intense discomfort. The receptionist assured me that a physician would contact me between 9 and 11 AM, but no call came through. I followed up at 11 AM, and they promised a return call before noon. However, it's now 2 PM, and I've heard nothing. If it were possible, I'd rate this service zero stars.
