Delayed response to concerning lump at new GP

I experienced significant frustration with this GP practice. After discovering a concerning lump, reminiscent of a previous cancerous growth I'd had two years prior, I attempted to make contact. Unfortunately, their system required me to use their app instead of allowing a direct call. The process has been exasperatingly slow and impersonal. I've had to endure a phone consultation, submit photographs of the lump, and now I'm left waiting in limbo. It's been nearly seven days without any update, forcing me to initiate yet another request. The lack of prompt attention to what could be a serious health issue is deeply troubling. I find myself longing for my previous GP, where such matters were handled with greater urgency and care. This new practice's approach to patient care leaves much to be desired, especially when dealing with potentially life-threatening conditions.
