Delivery vans blocked disabled parking spaces

Attended an afternoon appointment and observed that disabled parking spaces were occupied by delivery vehicles, including both a smaller and larger van. This prevented other visitors from accessing these designated spaces. The situation appeared to show a lack of consideration for those who rely on accessible parking facilities. Photographic evidence of the vehicles involved was taken.
