Desperate for Diabetes Test Strips at 9 Months

As a pregnant woman dealing with gestational diabetes, I'm facing a critical issue with my test strip supply. My routine requires checking sugar levels 4 times daily, which means using 100 test strips that typically last 20-22 days. I last collected these around March 20th. When I visited the reception on April 12th, 2025, seeking a new supply, they completely dismissed my request. With my mobility limited by my pregnancy, I attempted to resolve this by phone, but was unsuccessful. I spoke with Palma, who not only refused to help but is now claiming I never even came in that day. The current receptionist is equally unhelpful and seems unable to verify my previous visit. As a result, I'm now without any test strips, which is extremely problematic for monitoring my health during this crucial time.
