Deteriorating Medical Center: Five Years of Frustration

On July 17, nearly five years later, the situation has deteriorated significantly. I reached out at 8 a.m. today seeking an urgent appointment. The receptionist informed me that I needed to use the app but promised to check with the doctor regarding my eligibility for an in-person visit. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call. This medical center is by far the worst I've encountered. A year ago, I submitted a review highlighting their inadequacies; however, it seems that no improvements have been made since then—likely because they assume this community is too uninvolved to lodge formal complaints. I called again on Monday at 8 a.m., waiting ten minutes only to be told my position was over thirty in line. After waiting another hour and a half, I finally got through—only to discover there were no available appointments left for me. This pattern repeated itself on Tuesday as well; this morning when I tried calling again at 8 a.m., after spending an hour on hold around 9:00 a.m., my call was suddenly dropped by them—a total display of incompetence from those managing this facility. In my earlier review, I expressed serious concerns about this medical center's capabilities: "I am very worried about how effective this Medical Centre can be given its recent merger with another location—it seems things have only gotten worse… Waiting times extend over one month… After three consecutive Mondays trying to reach them at 9:30 and still finding myself above thirty in queue… It’s utterly absurd… The political corruption stemming from the Labour Party plays into these frustrations."
