Increasingly impersonal approach to patient care. Take little notice of concerns but are quick to jump on pedantic issues - I had a repeat prescription request cancelled recently for being ‘too early’. Routine appointments are unavailable for weeks online meaning going through the rigmarole of calling surgery to ask to speak to a doctor then being called randomly at some time.
