Dianne's terrible customer service ruined everything

Dianne represents the epitome of poor customer service - her demeanor is consistently hostile and condescending. Every interaction I've witnessed, both in-person and over the phone, has been marked by her dismissive and disrespectful attitude. She seems to speak to patients with contempt, and her communication style is entirely inappropriate for a professional setting. It's clear she lacks the interpersonal skills required for her role, and management should either provide her with comprehensive customer service training or consider reassigning her to a position that minimizes direct client contact.
