Difficult to book appointments with doctors here
The practice itself is well-run, however accessing clinical appointments presents significant challenges. On each occasion I've called, I've been informed that no appointments are available. I experienced a considerable delay in receiving a follow-up test, which should have been arranged much sooner. After an extended period of feeling unheard, I made the decision to transfer to a different practice, which has proven to be a positive change for me.
We understand they have a lot on their plate, but they consistently deliver high-quality care and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout.
