They should provide explicit information about the AskMyGP service's operational hours, reasons for any unavailability, and expected restoration times. Fundamentally, a medical practice's primary responsibility is to ensure patients can effectively communicate with healthcare professionals, and in this regard, they are comprehensively failing.
