Disappointing care and lack of medical professionalism

Our family has encountered significant challenges with this medical practice over the past year. Earlier this year, my husband was supposedly referred to a specialist by his GP. After months of silence, he contacted the GP's office, only to be told the referral was made in May. Upon checking with the specialist hospital, which had no record of the referral, he called the GP back. A different receptionist insisted the referral was definite, claiming it was sent just '10 minutes ago' - clearly a fabrication to cover up the previous receptionist's mistake. This was the second instance of such dishonesty my husband had experienced. Both my daughters have also felt their medical concerns were not taken seriously. For one daughter, after multiple unhelpful GP visits where her symptoms were met with skepticism, I sought a private specialist. Within 10 minutes, they diagnosed her issue and provided dietary and natural treatment recommendations. We had consulted GPs repeatedly over the past year, yet none offered any guidance. It's deeply troubling that they couldn't address a relatively common condition that could have been easily managed if caught early. My other daughter similarly felt her symptoms were dismissed. While I've highlighted specific issues from the past year, I acknowledge the practice seems marginally improved compared to previously. However, it appears they no longer possess the depth of medical expertise they once did.
