Disappointing care for homeless patient

Formerly a beacon of hope, this medical practice has regrettably descended into a pit of disappointment. As someone grappling with homelessness, I've found the support from various services to be woefully inadequate. The doctor who once pledged unwavering assistance in addressing my mental health concerns seems to have vanished, leaving me adrift in a sea of broken promises. The clinic's app, once a lifeline for those unable to physically visit, has devolved into an exercise in frustration. Its convoluted setup, with daily call requirements and limited functionality after 11 AM, renders it virtually useless. The inability to book advance appointments is particularly vexing. After an agonizing two-year wait for mental health support, I was unceremoniously dropped from treatment. Their justification? My homeless status apparently precludes me from receiving the necessary help, as they fear post-session distress without a "safe place" to retreat to. This feels like a convenient excuse to shirk their responsibilities, leaving me to spiral back into destructive coping mechanisms. The entire system reeks of bureaucratic box-ticking rather than genuine patient care. Receptionists seem eager to end calls, and the overall atmosphere is one of indifference to individual circumstances. This callous treatment has left me questioning my very existence, feeling abandoned by those meant to provide support. Finding myself back at square one after mustering the courage to seek help two years ago is soul-crushing. While they're quick to dispense medication, proper management and follow-up seem beyond their capabilities. The contradictory messages between phone recordings and app functionality only add to the chaos. My resolve to seek further assistance from this practice is waning rapidly. The system desperately needs an overhaul, starting with scrapping the ineffective app. For those in dire need of help, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere. If it were possible, I'd award this surgery zero stars – it's that abysmal.
