Throughout the pandemic, they implemented an incredible platform called AskmyGP where you could complete a straightforward form, and it was practically certain that a healthcare professional would reach out to you the same day for issues manageable via telephone. Currently, they've transitioned to a terrible automated chat system on WhatsApp, and if you're fortunate, you might secure a phone consultation within seven days. I absolutely cannot endorse this practice any longer and will be actively seeking alternative medical providers.
