Disappointing decline from once great medical practice

I've been a patient at Western College Surgery for over three decades, since its inception. In the past, it was a top-notch medical practice with an exceptional doctor. Sadly, my recent interactions have been far from satisfactory. After receiving a message requesting a blood test, I attempted to schedule an appointment by phone. The receptionist claimed there was no record in their system and needed to consult the IT department before responding. Subsequently, I received another call seeking additional information about the original message, yet I was still unable to book an appointment or arrange the blood test. In the weeks following, there has been complete silence from the practice, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued. What happened to the principle of putting patients first? The current standard of service is a stark contrast to the excellent care this surgery once provided, and I am thoroughly disappointed by this decline.
