Disappointing decline from once great medical service

The medical practice, once top-notch even during the pandemic, has now become completely unacceptable. Patients are finding it incredibly difficult to secure even a basic telephone consultation. The helpline is a nightmare, with interminable hold times that ultimately result in disconnected calls. Despite the reduced COVID-19 threat, the service quality has actually deteriorated.
