Disappointing decline in medical care quality

I've been seeing doctors at this medical practice for more than two decades and previously found their care outstanding. Post-pandemic, everything has dramatically changed. Securing a face-to-face consultation has become virtually unattainable. The practice now operates exclusively through digital communication. Attempting to schedule an e-consult is incredibly challenging, and even when successful, patients receive only a brief text response instead of an actual appointment. This situation has repeatedly compelled me to seek private medical consultation at my own expense. Even booking a telephone consultation seems extraordinarily difficult. The sole consistently reliable services are those managed by nurses, specifically blood tests and vaccinations, which remain excellent. Curiously, during my visits for these nurse-led services, the entire surgery appears deserted - no patients waiting anywhere. This leads me to seriously question whether physicians are still actively working at the practice.
