Disappointing decline in once-great medical practice

I've been a loyal patient at this practice for two decades, and the medical staff has consistently been top-notch. However, the recent shift to online booking has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was repeatedly asked to submit throat photos, which they somehow managed to lose multiple times while failing to respond to my communications. They assured me a doctor would call, but it took an astonishing three weeks before I received any contact. The same frustrating scenario repeated itself when I attempted to schedule another consultation. Their new digital system is completely dysfunctional, and there appears to be no effort to resolve these ongoing issues. It seems that the pandemic has provided some professionals with a convenient excuse to minimize personal interaction and avoid direct patient communication.
