Disappointing decline of once great medical practice

I've been a loyal patient at Riverside for over three decades, and the service was excellent until recently. While I understand the challenges of Covid, there's a limit to how long such excuses remain valid. They're consistently late in contacting patients, even for scheduled appointments, and offer no apologies. Prescription processing is sluggish, and getting a face-to-face consultation requires constant prodding. It seems like they've completely lost their sense of care and commitment.
