Disappointing decline of once great medical practice

I've been a patient at this medical practice for most of my life, and while it used to be exceptional, the quality has significantly declined in recent years. Booking an appointment is now a frustrating ordeal through ask my gp, which operates only from 7 to 10, and even then, you might wait indefinitely for a response. I had a blood test in November and grew increasingly impatient when I hadn't received results by late January. Upon calling, they casually mentioned the results had been available since November's end, yet they never bothered to notify me. Two months of waiting, and their communication is always vague, telling patients to call back within specific time frames. The doctors seem more focused on rushing patients through consultations, and one receptionist could seriously benefit from customer service training. Unless this is your only convenient option, I'd recommend finding another GP. It's truly disappointing to see such a once-great practice deteriorate like this.
