Disappointing decline of once reliable medical practice

I've been a patient at Highfield for over six years, but in the past two to three years, especially since COVID, the quality of care has drastically declined. Their solution now is to redirect patients to a pharmacist for consultations, which is completely absurd. If they can't properly care for their patients, they might as well close down. It feels like they might as well set an automated message after 8am saying, "Go to the emergency room, walk-in clinic, or pharmacy because we can't be bothered to see you."
