Disappointing healthcare service since covid pandemic

Since COVID-19 began, the medical care has been abysmal. Online consultations are useless, and callbacks are nonexistent. When staff actually do contact you, the medical advice is subpar. I've been a patient here for over four decades, and I'm eagerly looking forward to switching to a different healthcare provider.
