Disappointing medical care for elderly patient

Unfortunately, since my initial review, the outstanding physician I was consulting with has departed. I've had two phone consultations since then, the first being quite unsatisfactory, while the second was marginally better but should have occurred a month earlier. This week, I had an in-person appointment. Despite having a mask exemption letter signed by my excellent GP, I was instructed to wait outside upon arrival. After more than 30 minutes, I desperately pleaded to enter, feeling cold and increasingly anxious. Initially refused entry, a receptionist eventually escorted me through a back door into a freezing room. I was directed to sit on an isolated chair while the doctor stood before me, displaying minimal understanding of my purpose. She even had to ask about my recently completed medication, as her computer remained off. She disappeared to print a prescription, and I attempted to warm myself by the radiator, which was inexplicably turned off - no wonder the room was so cold! This is absolutely no way to treat a 75-year-old patient. My rating has been reduced to a - still generous - 2 stars. I have been receiving exceptional help, advice, and treatment recently. The service has significantly improved compared to previous years. My sole concern remains the difficulty in securing appointments, particularly for ongoing health issues where my GP has specifically requested a follow-up within a defined timeframe. This would potentially warrant 5 stars if I can successfully schedule my April appointment without complications!
