Disappointing medical care with unhelpful receptionists

The front desk staff display a distinct lack of warmth and empathy in their interactions. It seems the medical professionals prefer remote consultations via telephone instead of in-person examinations. I was particularly taken aback when they applied the same impersonal approach to my infant daughter, prescribing medication over the phone without a proper physical assessment, especially considering she was barely four weeks old. The potential risks of inappropriately prescribed medication are deeply concerning in such a young patient.
